Airbnb has just announced its Winter Release which promotes a new co-host network, upgrades for guests, and more. So let’s see the highlights.
Airbnb Co-Host Network
Airbnb’s new Co-Host Network means you can now find and hire some of the best hosts on the platform to manage your property. Much like guests searching for accommodation, you will be able to see their reviews and what services they offer.
Airbnb claims they have higher ratings than large property management companies and it seems they want to really lean into their Superhost and Guest Favorite features. For now, this feature will be launched in 10 countries, including Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Spain, the UK, and the US.

More features for Hosts
Airbnb is doing even more for hosts by offering them a new earnings dashboard. As we can see from the screenshot they shared, this seems to be customizable based on date ranges and property. Likewise, Hosts can filter to see where exactly their earnings are coming from.
Airbnb also says they will be offering Hosts more price tips and information on pricing for similar listings within their area.
Personalized Searches for Guests
Finally, Airbnb announced they will work to improve the guest experience by bringing more personalization to the platform. Guests will be able to benefit from suggested destinations, recommended filters, and listing highlights. These will be based on previous bookings and searches.
Also, they promise improved search tips to help guests save money or find discounts by adjusting their search results slightly. This also comes alongside the announcement of a new checkout for returning guests as well as local payment options for specific markets.
All of these upgrades have already begun being rolled out.
