Sub-processor list

Smoobu GmbH may engage and use certain third party data processors (“Sub-processors”) to provide certain services to our Users. These Sub-processors may have access to personal data provided directly by our Users or to which we may have access in order to perform the contracted services or to enable requested features related thereto (“Guest data”). This page provides important information regarding the identity, location and role of each Sub Processor.

We currently use the below list of Sub-Processors to provide our Platform and process Guest data.

Users have the ability to implement more and various add-on services from 3rd party Integration vendors, accessible via the Smoobu Marketplace on the Smoobu Platform. Although such Integration providers also process personal data, the type and scope of the transfer of personal data to these providers depends on the link offered in each case. The contractual relationship with Integration vendors exists between them and the Users. As the respective implementation varies in each case as to the extent to which Smoobu, as a Data Processor, processes data on behalf of the User in this constellation, these processors are not listed here as Sub-processors of Smoobu.

In addition, the sales and booking channel providers are not included in this overview of Sub-processors. Smoobu maintains a whole range of different vacation rental providers (e.g. booking portals, agencies, software API connectors, etc.) for the provision of the services, whereby the respective scope of data processing depends on which channels the User integrates with Smoobu. The actual contract for the use of the channel and the data processing on the respective portal of the sales and booking channel exists exclusively between the channel and the user.

As our Platform evolves we may add, remove, or update information about our Sub-processors on this webpage, if we determine their processing activity will improve or enhance our ability to deliver our Platform to you.
